1. Orders & Modifications
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track the journey of your package.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to our chat support or email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping times typically take 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that we do not ship or deliver packages on weekends or holidays.
Do you offer international shipping?

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help you find the right fit. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our size chart before making a purchase. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
How should I care for my Mentona clothing?
To keep your dresses and shirts looking their best, we recommend following the specific care labels attached to each garment. In general, machine washing in cold water with similar colors and hanging to dry is recommended for most of our fabrics.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
