  • It must be in its original packaging with all product tags and labels fully attached.

  • Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or distinct odors will not be accepted for a return.

Once we receive your returned garment, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (depending on your bank's processing times).

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a dress or shirt that is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue right away at no extra cost to you.
