2. Delivery Time
We offer reliable standard shipping for all our customers.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours so you can easily monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Mentona is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other local fees).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if you suspect your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
